These Terms & Conditions govern your use of woodarck.com and any purchase made through it. This website is operated by Woodarck, a brand of Bansal Forest Products Pvt. Ltd. (House of Vrikshat), Kaithal, Haryana, India (“we”, “us”, “Woodarck”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products
Our furniture is crafted from solid wood. As wood is a natural material, slight variations in grain, colour and texture are inherent and are not defects. Many items are made-to-order or customisable; dimensions and finishes shown are indicative.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay; Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
4. Orders & Cancellation
An order is confirmed once payment is received or COD is verified. Orders may be cancelled within [CANCELLATION WINDOW, e.g. 24 hours] of placement, provided production has not begun. Custom/made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production starts.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (images, text, designs) is owned by Woodarck and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Kaithal, Haryana.
